BEAUTY ADVISOR SUPERVISOR
The Beauty Advisor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of Beauty Advisors in a retail setting. They will provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure that the team delivers exceptional customer service and achieves sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and motivate a team of Beauty Advisors to meet and exceed sales goals.
– Provide ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
– Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
– Create and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
– Ensure that the store is properly merchandised and maintained to reflect the brand image.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
– Collaborate with the Brand Managers to develop and execute promotional events and initiatives.
– Handle customer escalations and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.
– Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new product launches.
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a supervisory role in the beauty / fragrance / fashion industry is preferred.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Excellent customer service skills with a passion for beauty.
– Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
– Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques.
– Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written
– Basic computer skills – e.g., emailing, Microsoft office including Excel / PowerPoint / Words.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
