BEAUTY ADVISOR
The Beauty Advisor will have the responsibility of delivering exceptional customer service, promoting and selling fragrances products, and ensuring that our customers have the finest experience possible in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers in finding the right beauty / Fragrance products for their needs
– Provide product demonstrations and offer expert advice on applying products
– Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
– Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty and fragrance trends and product knowledge
– Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department
– Maintain the store environment clean and comfortable
– Report to the Counter supervisors and Brand Managers
– Possess good communication & interpersonal skills and is a team player
Requirements:
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
– With knowledge of skincare / makeup / fashion / fragrance products will be an advantage
– Khmer + 1 or more language will be an advantage (e.g., English / Chinese / Korean / Japanese)
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work well in a team and individually
– Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
